Unreliable. Moved homes, cancelled my contract. 2 months later recieve an email saying i hadnt chosen a contract so they decided to choose one for me, and they start sending me bills. Try to contact them, hours waiting to be attended. Customer service is non existent, and when they do answer they laugh at your face. Never again will i hire this company.
I've been a loyal customer of Budget Energy and All-in-One for years, but my recent experience with All-in-One has been disappointing. While the transfer of my energy contract to my new house went smoothly, the same can't be said for the internet and TV service.On the scheduled date, nothing was working. Trying to reach customer service has been a nightmare—I've spent hours on the phone waiting, despite the initial message stating a 3-minute wait time. As of August 19th, I still have no internet, even though the transfer was supposed to happen on July 26th. I'm now waiting for a new modem to be sent to my address, but based on the reviews I've read, I'm worried things might only get worse.To add to the frustration, when I considered canceling my contract, they quickly contacted me to accept payment for the next two years to buy out the contract. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I'm still hoping this will be resolved soon.
First of all a guy that was supposed to setup fiber came only after second appointment. Next I received a fiber to ethernet converter without a router(and there's no list of equipment you should receive whatsoever). Finally at my contract start date after hours of waiting for support availability I'm being told that my start date is 29th of August! A month after setting up a fiber! There's no place where I can check/change this "start date". Why it takes so long to simply connect me to the internet(I'm able to set everything else myself)? And why am I paying for this pathetic excuse of a service already?
After getting a new home finally, chose to try Alles in 1 from budget.First of all I had to wait 2 weeks for the connection could be made... Why? I don't know..did not communicate why.After the two weeks I got a mail with... Your connected!I didn't received anything, no modem, no other messages. When I contacted the customer service the whole attitude of this company scared me away instantly. There was no effort made to help me with the problem.More like... The modem is delivered on this house number. (I told them that's not the right number.) well it is somewhere. In your neighborhood.. You should check with your neighbors.Eventually.... There was already a contract on my address. And they shouldn't even be able to give me any contract...How, Why etc... I have no clue But this company stinks in multiple waysEdit after budget reply:I will not contact you on my costs, also chatting will get me in a weird loop of people that don't know what we are talking about. So I will pass.I am already out of the contract, and that's after you guys told me I couldn't, and I will have to pay for it for 50% as penalty.... Eventually you guys could not deliver at my adres. So that made me able to change the whole thing.. Otherwise budget would have definitely let me pay. I believe you guys have my contact, so, you can also contact me.
Run away from this internet !!! Worse customer service ever. Requested a change of address since end of May, they said it will be done on 19 of July nothing until today 1st of August a technician comes and tell us internet is not working because we don’t cover this zone in Hague..
I stayed with them for 2+ years, giving them chance after chance, and I finally had to stop my contract with them because they do not make any inquiries to help the customer, nor do they try and go the extra mile (at least once) if you have an issue. As a customer, you are basically forced to being their puppet in the bureaucracy machine that they've become. I do not know what is the problem of the company - is it the size, or their employees or the management, but I wish they would be more willing on improving their service.
I am not satisfied with the modem I recieved a few days ago for my Glass fibre connection. My installation day is on July 24, and I have asked to cancel my contract and refund my money. However, they are demanding a cancellation fee - this is against Dutch law. When I pointed this out to customer service, I was asked to contact an email-id that did not exist and immediately cut-off from the chat.--- The law from Consumwijzer.nl ---Product en dienst die bij elkaar horenUw bedenktijd eindigt 14 dagen na de dag waarop het laatste product of onderdeel is geleverd.EDIT: The reason I am not satisfied with the modem is because it comes in 2 parts and needs two charging adapters. I find it clumsy and was able to see this only after the "product" was deliveredEDIT 2: I am giving an extra star now because I got an email saying they are willing to terminate my contract. Will update my rating further once they take back the modem safely, so no resources are wasted.EDIT 3: They have confirmed the return, so I am giving an extra star for holding their promise. I hope they can take my feedback and offer a superior experience to others in the future.
Horrible experience with this company. WE just moved to a new address within Rotterdam and had to book an appointment for a technician to make a connection, a service that is indicated by the company as FREE. Now they are charging us 188 euros. We have called 5 times and nobody gives us any solution, just pay for this. WE have to pay for their mistake. Horrible company. I am moving to KPN
This installation never worked, but we still had to pay for the installation fees and monteur fees. We've been kind of robbed.EDIT: Their response is a bit of a scam. Of course I contacted them, I even spent weeks trying to get a refund
Changed to their internet as provider as it was much cheaper. Router got shipped to us without asking to which adress it should be shipped to. No suprise that we were not home during a working day so the package was shipped to a PostNL point. I wanted to collect this the next day, however the bus got canceled after work and I couldnt make it before they closed at 18:00 (whole other problem). The pick up point was closed for 4 days that I was able to pick it up and I would receive it after the planned call with the mechanic who would unneccesarily help me install this. On saturday I get an email from budget that if I cannot make it with the mechanic on Monday I should change my appointment. So I want to do thi, but the link they provide me does not work, so I go ahead and call them on a saturday. Ofcourse they do not work on the weekend so I cannot move the appointment to when I actually receive the router. On monday I awnser the call and explain that i still do not have the router and everything is fine. He tells me that if I run into any problem I can contact budget to arrange a new appointment if neccesarry. I was finally able to get the router on wednesday and plug and play installed it myself without issues. Now I got charged for not being able to install it when the mechanic called me. So I called them and explained the situation that the bus got canceled, the other days I was able to pick it up the pick up point was closed and I installed it myself without help in the end. I get this awnser, due to our regulations we have to charge you 15 euros for not being able to make the call, there is nothing that we can do about it like. For things completly out of my control and poor communcation from their end I now have to pay 15 euros for completly nothing. They do not treat you like a human being and basicly tell you to you know. As soon as my contracts end for internet energy and mobile I will take my money somewhere else.
