Review Time
I waited three weeks for the internet to be activated and when finally the date came... it doesn't work. Now they say it will be working after another five days but offered no compensation. And I have to call again to ask them for not having to pay for the period I don't have the internet.EDIT: I haven't got any email with questions from Budget Alles-in-1.
Very Awful service, unreliable.the internet speed does not meet the agreed terms outlined in contract. As a result, my work at home badly effected.I have already raised a complaint regarding this matter may times However, no action has been taken.when I decided to end contact they asked me to pay penalty.
Horrible customer service!We had run into some money trouble and missed 1 payment, I told them I could afford the bill a bit later but not any extra charges. The agent refused to remove the charge so I could pay the bill and just threatened to cut us off. They offered no assistance or advice, just threatened to add on another charge if we didn't pay, as if we weren't struggling already.Asked to speak to a supervisor, she bluntly refused to let me speak to someone else.Luckily switching to another provider soon, will NEVER be using this company again! Beyond useless!
