International orders is mess , whole experience and plans for b-day ruined!!!
I have been trying to place my order since 2 days , hours of wasting my time , i reached out to customer support to get some help with checkout page error and even requested payment link with delivery fee included, instead they give me guidance how to place order and fill address, Excuseme ! Not first time online buyer ! I now how to fill and place order but this mess i never seen , no support was given , very very disappointed! Why to hype international delivery when basic standards of checkout page for international delivery not set up correctly!
It seems it is a scam. I have ordered watches. The delivery is created and 3 weeks (waiting for company to give parcel to courier). They reject refund requested because they say it is being shipped (but no evidence provided)

It might seem odd to rate the company with 4 stars given I faced a shipment issue and didn’t receive my watch, but such things happen. The key players during such times are the frontline customer service team. Here, you can trust that any issues will be resolved promptly and effectively.
