Made an online enquiry for a joint life insurance quote and had a call with them on Jan 13th for over 20mins to go through my medical history at around 6.30pm. Think the call was with a Jordan or a Tristan. Told I would hear back in a couple of days and I requested it be after 5pm due to working hours. Was advised a note was made about it. Had one missed call on 14th Jan during office hours and have never heard from anyone again. Unbelievable lack of followup really. 2 potential candidates have taken their business elsewhere. They can't be that bothered for business.

I wish I could provide negative stars. I went to enquire online for a quick quote against some other candidates and ended up getting signed up to some call list. I have been bombarded by calls nearly all day, everyday for the past week. I have blocked their number for them to then call me on different ones and I have lost count of the number of different numbers they have harassed me from.
I clicked an ad that said it would give me an instant quote without any phone calls- turns out this was not true. Been bombarded with calls from them several times a day every since, all from different numbers so I can't even block them. Every time they call I tell them never to call again and yet they keep harassing me. Having to take it to the authorities to try to get them to stop
