I strongly advise against purchasing through this website! I ordered items on November 13th. They claimed the goods had been dispatched but could not provide a tracking number, and naturally, the items never arrived. They mentioned sourcing from another company, and if you check reviews about them, you'll see this is a common issue. Shop elsewhere!
I can assure you I am not in the habit of not telling the truth and I am greatly offended by your response I have had to purchase another one of this item and I asked for a refund which I need I do not want the one that’s come today .I have checked and it’s very strange I cannot find all the correspondence but on the second of December I said I was very disappointed I hadn’t received this item but as I said I couldn’t get on your website at all over the weekend but now I have requested a return through your website and it is saying they are waiting for the vendor VITAMINSUK so I really hope this resolved quickly as I keep saying I am out of pocket.
Ordered perfume..didn't arrive I've been waiting 3 weeks for a refund . I've sent numerous emails and only just got a reply stating a refund will be given and takes 3 to 5 days ...its been 10 and still no sign of a refund..dont buy from this company
Beware, they allow companies to sell items through their web site but you don’t get the goods , and I’ve had to resort to instigating a charge back on my credit card , the company Vitamins UK but the sale goes through buytogive , I would not recommend at all.Order ref #987566The response from buy to gift unfortunately is in accurate, the vendor had stated item was out for delivery when it hadn’t even been Dispatched, when it did not arrive on the day they had said it was out for delivery when I queried where item was they then said they were awaiting new stock with no update on delivery , on checking the feedback on Trustpilot regarding the Vendor, Vitamins UK, you can clearly see dozens and dozens of people have never received the goods they have paid for .If Buy to gift do not want negative feedback left then they should cease using these type of companies on their forum , my credit card payment was paid to buy to gift so I hold them ultimately responsible for the non receipt of goods that I paid for but did not receive .I feel compelled to respond to Buytogive’s latest reply where it is stated I wasn’t prepared to wait for the item , this is not accurate, when I contacted seller to enquire where my item was I was told it was out delivery that day. It never arrived , it was only when I contacted them again asking where item was they then stated they were waiting for new stock whereas the day before they said it was out for delivery and I can provide the E-mail confirming this if required . After looking up seller , Vitamins UK , feedback on Trustpilot , it is clear to see they have a track record of not fulfilling orders and many people have not received their goods .
Please steer clear of this company!!I ordered goods back in October - goods never arrived - refund promised never got it and I like others had to raise a charge back with my bank. Goods ordered through Buy to Give but found out through communication that they were sourced from Vitamins UK. My advice is shop elsewhere!!After reading the reply I received this morning from Buy to Give where they say they tried to refund me quickly - this is just not the case. They requested a refund from the vendor and although my money was paid to them they did not see fit to refund me directly this was before I raised the issue with my bank. Even after I raised the issue with my bank I received an email last week to advise a refund had now been processed which to date has not been received. My bank advice was as soon as I received a refund to let them know and they would cancel the dispute. I also have kept all comments from Buy to Give along with communication from Vitamins UK.I will never be convinced that you were attempting to refund my payment and I feel the fact I have found it necessary to contact my bank has given you the excuse to say this is why my payment has not been refunded. This is my last and final comment and we wi just have to agree to differ in our opinions.All round very disappointed.
Ordered a Halloween sound activated decoration. Last week I've had no other communication it won't let me log in to my account I've emailed customer service with no reply but they where quick enough to expect me to pay a donation before I've even received my goods
