I have tried to cancel my subscription using the email address supplied, but have been advised that the email address does not exist.14/9/23Thankyou for confirming my subscription has been cancelled.Please confirm that no more money will be taken from my account.
I clicked on a promotional link to C Date back in Sept 2023 . I used it for a couple of weeks but the site wasn’t very good , so thought I’d cancelled my account . It must have been through the app as I have no evidence of an email . I’ve just received a letter demanding €354 , I’ve received no other correspondence and I don’t know what to do ! Can anyone help
Scam company. I didn't even sign up to this, my credit card instantly flagged this up and blocked all further payments. Now I am getting text's from a company called CARS. (They can't even be bothered to send letters out or someone to my address to collect the money). Good luck trying to get any money from me, I know full well that a 'contract' defined by law has to be signed or agreed by both parties, I have not given consent for this. My advice to anyone is to ignore all letters as they no legal power to carry out any of the threats they put forward. The letters are designed to scare people into paying something that they don't have to. None of the letters are passed through a real Court as they won't have any court seals on them. If you are worried please call the company and just ask for proof of claim and full details of the contract. They will never ever give this to you as they don't have it. All they offer you is ways to pay them money.
This is a scam and I have emailed to cancel this and now have emails threatening to take payment x C date needs to cancel this and leave me alone , I have blocked them on all payments and if they do not respond I will make sure that the IP address is canckled via Google and other platforms
I used this website one time for about ten minutes. I cancelled (or so I thought) the account straight away. I then get a email saying I owe £50 as I signed up for a premium account which I did not. I’m unable to go back into my account until I pay the £50. I’ve emailed their customer service team but have not received a reply. Shocking company and i advise anyone to stay away from them. By the looks of everyone else’s reviews my nightmare has just begun.In reply to your message. How am I supposed to cancel again as you won’t let me log in without paying £50? I’m not paying £50 to cancel when I’ve already done so. So how am I supposed to do this???
