One star is far to much site was a joke fake woman fake profiles avoid at all cost tryed to cancel subscription with no effect for for all about it 6 mths later letter from debt collection and total refuse to pay a penny bush of thief’s try to bully you into paying 1 year on and still not paid a penny and since I put my email up here non stop emails from debt collection agency after there reply ur company is a joke just out to screw honest people out of money no mater what we do u are alleyways right and we are allways wrong how many more people are u screwing out of money and u will not get a penny from me at all so crawl under ur little stone leave people alone
This is my second complaint about these scumbags. Had 3 threatening letters from debt collecting agency. I've written to them 3 times and got no response. Now a 4th email saying, because they've not heard anything from me, they're adding more money to the bill. Now over £300. I WILL NOT PAY A FUC#ING PENNY YOU THIEVING BAS#@&DS. See you in whatever court you want. I will continue to write these reviews just about everywhere I can until they are shut down
Scam company that claim to be a dating website however they're all just bot accounts. Tried cancelling thought it was done only to be sent emails harassing me about outstanding payments which I have cancelled. Reported them to my bank as a fraudulent company. DO NOT sign up for anything to do with them. Absolute shambles of company that makes cancelling as hard as possible so they can continue to try charge you. Avoid like the plague.
SCAM!!!!!!!!! This is how these scammers work.Trial period low price then automatically renew at inflated cost. Make it hard to cancel, if you take action they send solicitors letters that hound you remorselessly....then they write nice things on scam review websites as though they have excellent customer service. All done to delay and get you to part with more cash.A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ENGAGE!WHY AREN'T THESE SCAM WEBSITES CLOSED DOWN?
I wasnt even aware of being in a subscription with them only looked on there site & now cant cancel so called account with them & being threatened with lawyers letters but sent them numerous emails & get no response so what you supposed to do avoid at all costs they are scam website
Ridiculous service that i used for barely a month before smelling a rat,attempted to send a cancellation fax to France as requested(really!)and eventually gave up and cancelled my PayPal payment -Now have receive a Legal notice for unpaid subscription and legal fees over 15 months later,and am in contact with PayPal for guidance and support..be ashamed of yourselves!
I never signed up to this service, my card was used illegally. I reported this to my bank, Action Fraud and the police. My bank has agreed this is fraud and refunded me. I am still receiving threatening letters. My lawyer has told no judge will enforce this based on the evidence and he would be happy to represent us at any court appearence I am going to write to my local MP as this is clearly a criminal organisation trying to use the legal system. However if they do go to court I'll welcome it and make sure the case is followed by a journalist we work with, so this scam can go public.
