Its a scam I will not pay a penny to them in fact if you live in the UK you can sue them for harassment if they continue drmand money. This is due to unfair and unlawful business practices. Cancel all payments to them via your payment method and screenshot all emails sent to them ie cancelation requests and also all emails received from them and rack up the evidence. This is a exploitative fake business. Steer clear
This is nothing short of a scam. I to got sucked into the premium service without warning. When I tried to cancel I found it was near impossible. I stopped payment with PayPal and 4 month later got a letter from a debt collection agency in Luxembourg. When I contacted c-date they basically said that the email id sent them to cancel my subscription wasn’t valid so there was nothing they could do. Absolute scum. Steer well clear. Update post c-date response: I emailed you to cancel my subscription as your website and online form make this impossible. You know that you make it as hard as possible to cancel the subscription, this is obviously part of your business model.I have reached out to your service team and they are obstructive and unhelpful. I reiterate -you are perhaps the worse company I have had to deal with… ever. Have a word with yourselves. Second update: As I have clearly stated, I couldn’t cancel via your website because the account wasn’t registered to an email address I knew. I emailed you one month before cancelling via PayPal and didn’t receive a reply. I have explained this to your customer service team multiple times. I have reached out to your customer service team and they have continued to be obstructive and dismissive. Sending the same circular replies. As a business you refuse to take any responsibility for your actions. Your actions are morally disgusting. Your business model is clearly designed to exploit people. I suggest if you haven’t got the skills to compete in the dating market in a moral way you should admit you’re useless and go and do something else with your lives, preferably away from the rest of society. Update 3: stop trying to sound professional and empathetic on here. Its nonsense. Your answers are circular both on here and with your customer service team. You don’t care about your ‘customers’, you’re scammers.

Absolutely shocking, my details were used fraudulently to register with this site. I've been hounded by their solicitors based in Frankfurt for money on a membership that I didn't take out. I've explained that to the solicitors "Advokat Radoslav Koychev" with documentation from the police but they still pursue the monies. I've been informed by the detectives looking into the case that many cases are ongoing.Update, seriously Lea or should I say the random bot who is updating. how can I have cancelled my account when it was set up fraudulently And as you can see from the reply below they have no concept of what is going on. We have reached out Lea to your customer services team to be told they have no information regarding this and to speak directly with the solicitors as it's in their hands now. So I'm not sure why your telling me to go back to customer services when they won't talk to us. I would presume that they C-Date and Advokat Radoslav Koychev solicitors work in this scam together. If you register, you will be bombarded with emails and asked to pay money to read them as such.Unknowingly you will have subsequently signed up for recurrent billing I have today received a charge of £40, so asked my bank to block my card i have asked C-Date for a refund, if they don’t oblige i will raise a fraud case through my bank, which i have been advised i can do.Also cancelling subscriptions is ridiculously difficult
I joined this site for 1 month and paid for that month. I then cancelled and the service was stopped . A few months later they say I owe £39.99 . Very strange sounds like a dodgy way to get money. EDITThe guy is saying I didn't cancel. I cancelled the reoccurring payment. You then stopped the service so I got what I paid for. You are now charging for a service you never gave. You are using this to catch people out. The site itself is terrible it's full of fake profiles. It's a big scam.
