Used service for a month , cancelled via PayPal service .No option to cancel online and stated to write ! Have wrote, but as offline there is zero proof .Had one debt collection letter for over £200 even though I used for a one month and actually cancelled my renewal within the 14 days .First debt company was in Germany . Wrote explaining situation and cancel proof via PayPal screen shot . The held and stopped the recovery .Have just received a letter today stating I have to pay over £200+ within 4 days. No prior warning as required by UK law from the new collection .Have included trading stands within the first debt collection email . Fact my personal details have been passed outside the UK, how do I know if UK GDRP laws have been broken ? Fact of the matter I'm being charged over £200 for using the site for one month . Will contact debt agency , again based in Germany and hand proof I cancelled my subscription service, not as stated I didn't pay for a service I did not use . I hope the fact this review will be seen by potential clients of yours to avoid and stay away . I recommend you implement simple online cancellation like all other apps and company's used in the UK and Europe regions . You also failed to acknowledge in 2024 the only way to cancel service was to hand write a letter .Please be aware that your reply and Trust pilot score are seen by hundreds .Can you confirm firstly my account is closed.Secondly can you confirm i paid for my single monthly use and then cancelled payment and did not use your website .Thirdly can you confirm status of sending debt collection letters , that break UK laws and using a company outside of the UK.I have confirmation from first debt collection company that case was dropped as i provided proof Lastly , I have not received ANY communications from you after your reply nor before hand !
No option available to cancel premium subscription service. I’ve emailed their so called customer service to get them to do it with no response. There’s barely anyone on there within your search range once you activate a subscription so I want to cancel and delete the account. Should’ve read the reviews first because it seems like that’s going to be a problem!
Terrible site . I cancelled the subscription after few days had a message saying they were charging me I sent a message to say I'd cancelled don't bother taking any money. All quite for a bit then another message saying they were taking money again.So another email to them saying cancelled don't bother now I see on my bank statement they are trying to take it. How many times do I have to tell them?.Disgusting company do not go near them.
Absolute scam, they just want your money.I didn't get informed the price was going up, tried several times to cancel but couldn't. Now getting threatened with court by letter and email.Plenty of posts online about this awful service .They won't be getting a penny out of me.
Sadly, this appears to be a scam website full of fake profiles. I understand that the UK authorities are taking a very close look into this company and their 'collection agent'. I have been contacted by UK Trading Standards asking for all of my screenshots of their website and follow up emails. I also understand a consumer action type tv programme will soon be broadcast, warning people all over the UK.I sought UK trading legal advice and was advised to completely ignore all contact from them as it's likely they will soon be prevented from operating here in the UK.That can't come soon enough.
