I just received a letter from them for the first time in almost two years. I have never had any use or knowledge of this website before the letters started. When I spoke to their legal team, they sent me a log full of records, email addresses and names that do not belong to me. I have emailed several times asking for the letters to stop and any alleged outstanding charges to be written off as I have never used this company before
I have been contacted by Advokat Radoslav Koychev on behalf of C-date claiming that I am have to pay 303 euros by 16/09/24 for a unpaid subscription which I NEVER signed up too. Complete scammers!!!! I will be taking this further if i have not heard from anyone. I have sent multiple emails to C-date and Advokat Radoslav in hope i will receive a response but nothing.Complete scammers, Action fraud are aware!!
The whole site is a con and a scam. They make it very difficult to find out how to cancel and it is nit straightforward. The site is full of bots, this becomes ever clearer when they try to trap people by hiding away the cancel option avd then hitting them with additional charges, I stopped the payment as I wasn’t sure how to cancel and now like 100’s of others are being threatened with debt collection and additional charges. This is how they make their money. They don’t reply to emails either, all part of the scam. DO NOT USE THIS SITE .
This site is a scam They won’t let you cancel on there site for membership When you stop payments at your bank they get a debt collection agency onto you. I’m currently trying to figure out if the debt collection agency is a legitimate or not They are called eCollect
Do not sign up for this I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 2 days and so far I've not heard anything back I've emailed them 3 times so far and no-one as got back to me . And when they say you can delete your subscription and profile on your profile page that is rubbish. Everything as been sorted now and my account as been cancelled thanks very much
Signed up to this website over a week ago, and immediately realised I made a big mistake after looking at the reviews. I then tried to cancel immediately but it was impossible to do so. I then contacted them via their contact form requesting for my membership to be cancelled. There is not cancellation link on their website. I cancelled my subscription to this service. Very difficult to find out how to cancel. They are demanding that I pay for further subscription after cancellation. No replies to emails but now threatening me with debt collection. I received a letter from CMS stating it is a second reminder but it is actually the first I'd received. I am seeking legal advice. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.K. Max
yes it is a scam,firstly started talking to a woman for a while who wouldn't swap numbers, then asked me to chat by email, then changed to another address then asked me to chat on another dating site which I would of had to sign to for, there's 5 or 6 profiles that are on there 24/7 which are just profiles set up by the company using a chat bot or AI as other people have stated the cancellation form on the bottom of the homepage doesn't existmy matches are 12 people no more no less
Absolutely untrustworthy site. They take larger amounts of money off you than first stated. When I cancelled they said I hadn’t done it in the allocated time so they would be charging me another payment which then turned out to be a three month subscription fee. I have had to block my payments on PayPal to make sure they don’t defraud me of anymore money. Stay well clear also the site it totally useless.
