C Date is a scam site, after one day you could see all profiles where fake. I requested to delete my profile within the 14 day period but they failed to respond consistently. I tried various means of communication. The online FAX number is a fake non receipt number. They failed to respond despite me sending over 35 emails in 4 days. They use delay tactics to extort money. I reported them to trading standards action fraud and filed a police report for fraud. COMPLETELY AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

The service was poor. No communication received from any member either initially or by way of a response. One exception was a member who sent a like, but her profile was deleted in under 24 hours - hence no reply to my communication. The site states it want to make termination easy, but the method indicated is not available. The alternative method is buried in a legal document. It seems over officious to use the term "contract", and to demand name and address is highly irregular, officious and intimidatory. I bought one month's service and see no point in throwing good money after bad.
I have also like many others it seems, received a letter claiming I owe £313.59 from a law firm in Germany which also has extremely poor ratings.I tried cancelling with this company but it was impossible. I felt it was a scam and contacted them on many occasions to cancel and was told it was cancelled. And now this! Furthermore I tried to log in but cannot get through as it says my account is suspended until payments have been made. It also states that I have been contacted twice for payments of subscription, however there is no where, not by email or post that I have received this.Do not go anywhere near this app/site! It’s not ok!
I subscribed to this dating site and immediately saw that it was not a genuine site. I tried to cancel the subscription but there were no links to do so. I came onto trust pilot and saw all these reviews and it became apparent the whole site is a scam. Immediately contacted my bank for advice and put a freeze on any recurring payments. This is low life scammers preying on vulnerable people looking at online dating. If I receive any demands for unpaid debts in the future I will be ignoring them... They have no case to claim money off me!
I don't even remember signing up to this site but I clearly did as they have my email address and address, I have been receiving letters saying I owe money. After looking into it and hearing what others have said they seem to be con-artist so I ignored it not wanting to fall short of any scams, now Im receiving emails saying I have been passed onto a debt collection agency and Owe nearly $400. I have never even used the service, this is completely unfair and this company should be stopped immediately.
Looks like I am their latest victim, I have written two letters to cancel my subscription, no reply, I have an email from their customer services saying my subscription and membership has ended on the 19th September. But they are still trying to take money from my account and on checking on their site they have kept me as a premium member, I have raised a dispute with PayPal, sent loads of emails but no reply. It is in black and white that you said no more payments will be taken but you have. I have done everything you asked to cancel my subscription. Ie letters and speaking to your customer services, I have their email stating it ends on the 19th, since then no one will speak to me. Could you please confirm it has ended and no more payments, it should not be this hard. I feel they do everything just to take money of you and make it impossible to leave.
