The bag took a month to arrive, weeks after I had to leave for my trip. I had to buy another bag to use after no movement with my order. Return was offered, but buyer is responsible for shipping (not noted on the site). The shipping costs $45-80 to send back, way too much. I asked to cancel the order weeks ahead of time but they said they couldn't cancel, even though it took several weeks for them to actually ship the bag. Very sneaky and terrible sales practices.
I now have two different sizes of the backpacks and one rucksack, the quality is superb as is the finish. Great range of colours and sizes available. The website is easy to use, delivery is quick and I love the addition of the tracking tag on the backpacks. I will definitely be building on my collection of CabinZero products.

All the products are from very high quality, very durable, lightweight and very convenient not only for the travels but also for everyday activities like at gym and at work!
