We loved their service all over the trip. The cab driver Ajeesh was very helpful and treated us as his family member and helped us alot to visit all the places , for all tourist do not travel kerala as per google specially in hill station area entirely different go with driver what intimate . His driving was very good and reached us very safely to each destination. We were satisfied with his service. Kerala Trip

Genuine people with great cab service.

Cabrentalkerala was outstanding in terms of their service, quality of vehicle and driver.We availed their services from 6th to 10th of June-2016, for our trip from kochi to Munnar and travelling thoroughly around the locality and back to kochi.I want to express my sincere gratitude towards Mr. Ajay, managing the logistics and particularly Mr. Sreekumar, the driver, who accompanied us during the entire tour.I highly recommend cabrentalkerala for their outstanding cab services.

Car should have the seating capacity as committed to the customer

Car was not upto the mark.

It was committed six plus one seater innova however the car send was five plus one seater.

Dirver was not friendly. He was rude. Expectation should meet with commitment

Pathetic Car Ride Exprience

Hi,

I must say that im scared that Gods Own Country like Kerala will get its name spoil due to such services and rude drivers like Muneer

I went with my family to kerala for a 6 days trip. My parents aged 60 and 64, my nephew and myself.

1. In spite of choosing a best car the ride was painful and disturbing.
2. In spite of telling him to take us to certain places he gave silly and stupid reasons for not going there
3. He acted rude and arrogant, as if he is taking us for free on his own personal car.
4. He knew that my parents are senior citizens still he was driving so fast that it made them very uncomfortable
5. With the decided time travel of from 9.00am to 7.00pm, he often left us in hotel by 4.00pm and relaxed somewhere
6. This is the most pathetic and cheap treatment from services and driver.
7. Ask for more money guys...but dont spoil the name of such beautiful state..
