Genuine company. Good price booked well in advance with v good comms from Ajay. Did Kochi-Munnar-Periyar-Kumarakom. Hiccup on 1st day when driver arrived but then left as he 'had a fever' New driver Aneesh was quickly at the hotel. Sedan car was clean and acceptable. Aneesh was a very good safe driver and fully accommodating. English was just ok but with very thick accent - took some time to get used to /decipher but perhaps normal for the region. We booked 6 days which gave us 600km included. Our time with the driver was around this distance, but please bear in mind that you pay mileage back to start point at 16 rupees per km (as agreed in quotation).
I had very good experience with this company and Mr.Ajay. He delivered what he promised. My Kerala trip was very good. My Cab Driver Mr.Bava was very prompt and had a very good behaviour and good man. I did not face any single issue during my entire trip.
