The installer paid incredible attention to detail. Our loft, converted from an old factory in 1891, has uneven floors and walls, but the installer took the time to ensure everything looked flawless, even adding exquisite trim work. The details were confirmed beforehand, but what was installed was subpar MDF, incorrect hardware, and poorly drilled holes. The consultant didn't adhere to the specified hardware, and during the first installation, the wrong hardware was used. The backing was also not installed as requested. When I raised concerns, I was told changes could be made based on availability without my approval. I accepted this since it wasn’t visible but didn’t expect such disappointment from this service. Communication and oversight were lacking. On a positive note, the owner worked with me to replace the inferior materials, order the correct hardware, and even expedited new door fronts when the revised ones had issues. The second installation yielded great results that I’m happy with. Given their volume, I was quite let down by the service and execution, especially considering the price I was willing to pay. This company seems to have shifted away from being a premium custom cabinetry provider.
