Review Time
Good advice from WHICH magazine and I signed up for Start Rescue. Car failed to start at home and from my initial phone call everything went perfectly and a technician would be with me within an hour. In the event he was delayed by traffic but importantly he phoned to tell me and sorted out a replacement battery when he arrived. I received several calls from Call Assist checking if all was ok and a final one to check that I was happy with the service. It was exceptional!
Our car decided to have a fit halfway up a steep hill. It brought up an order not a reminder. Service NOW! Hill Assist Not Available. We managed to get it up the hill slowly, down the other side (both buses routes) and then into a side road. I called for help and it all went well from there. The call assistant went through everything with us, gave a time slot. Went through options with us for the mechanic etc and passed our details on. He even called back to make sure that everything was going to plan and told us we could call back if needed. Luckily we did not need to. I renew my membership every year because of their reliability.
Have been with them for quite a few years, and needed their assistance a couple of times. I find the app easy to use to alert them that I've broken down. The tracker map is useful so I know roughly how long before somebody attends. Really great service.
