Poor customer service, refund never received!

Ordered an incorrect size thinking this was a UK company. The address was callaway apparel uk. Trying to return it was a nightmare. I sent multiple emails (15 just to get the prepaid label) and they kept sending me the wrong label. Despite written assurances that if I re-ordered a replacement (which I did) and returned the item ( which I did) they would refund a my money for the original purchase. Despite chasing I have given up any hope of receiving any funds.

They are in over their heads

The instructions for a return say to log into your account, find your order, and follow prompts to initiate a return. There are no prompts to initiate a return. If you contact costumer service, you get an automated email that says that they can't handle all their emails and that they are currently processing returns that they received six weeks ago. They have no business offering e-commerce, as they cannot handle it.

Beware of FREE shipping

Beware of FREE shipping, they send economy ground, but ship without street address, it just sits at FEDEX forever, use your money because you already paid for item, Calloway refuses to notify fedex so your stuff gets shipped back, now its no longer in stock, so you cannot order but for 2-3 weeks Calloway uses your money? Poor customer service, you can only email with issues, no person to talk to and then you get.. well we already told you this. Beware this is the 2nd time this has happened in less than a y ear

Omg!!the worst experience ever

Omg!!the worst experience ever! I have bought from them for years. Last four orders have had issues. I order 5 3xlt golf shirts and I get one shirt in the mail. Then I get a small women’s golf shirt. I spent two months going back-and-forth with my credit card who ultimately charged me the $209 for an order that I never received. The company fabricated a tracking number which was different from the original tracking number and there is zero communication with their customer service. I will never spend a dollar on a Callaway Shirt or any Callaway apparel ever again. I am boycotting this company in its entirety. I used to love their apparel, but when they take advantage of you and burn you for $200 and you never received the merchandise that they shipped out it’s time to stop buying from that company.

Beware. Website states two different limits for overnight shipping purchases. On the terms: ThursdayOn the checkout page when you select the overnight method: FridayI placed my order on a Thursday sin I saw the limit for next day shipping said Friday. To my surprise the shipment is about 6days late. When asking for a refund of ONLY the shipping costs Callaway is online support was not helpful, did not accept their mistake and refused to give a solution.I feel like I was mislead. Have been a customer of the brand for years and I really like their products. However it is sad to see how in these technology days customer support for most brands is decaying incredibly.I will return the products once I receive them and probably won’t buy more Callaway for a long time or until I see I can trust them again.Sad that companies prefer to lose customers over less than $25.1/5 stars for now.
