On Saturday, January 3rd, I purchased thermal socks from a store. When I opened the product on Monday, January 5th, I discovered large stains and a small oil mark on the sock. I returned it to the package without wearing it. On Wednesday, January 7th, I visited a different branch to exchange it. The employees initially agreed to exchange it but informed me that size M was out of stock and directed me to another location. They mentioned that another branch had it available for exchange. However, when I arrived there, the staff told me they couldn't process the exchange and that the product would need to be sent for inspection, which could take about 2 weeks, with no guarantee of resolution. I find it unacceptable that I was sold a stained and defective sock for a hefty price, and now I have to wait two weeks for an inspection on a product I urgently needed. I have my receipt and invoice. The lengthy and frustrating process, especially after trusting the brand and paying a premium, has left me very disappointed. I request an immediate and hassle-free replacement of my stained and defective thermal socks at either branch, along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have faced.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service. I’m trying to return items, but the order does not appear in my order history, making it impossible to initiate the return process. I have been emailing customer support since December 30th, 2025, with no clear solution or proper assistance. The process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and poorly managed. For a well-known brand, I expected a much more efficient and transparent returns system. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from shopping again.
I placed an order over a month ago and was notified it shipped the next day. After a month with no delivery or updates, I emailed multiple times without any response. This has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. EDIT: The issue was finally resolved after I contacted my credit card company! I doubt they would have helped otherwise.
