I had a fantastic experience with Pay Weekly Carpets. Annette, who came round to carry out my carpet survey, was absolutely amazing. She was polite, professional, and explained everything clearly, especially the pricing, which I really appreciated.
The total cost for carpeting my bedroom and landing came to £470, about £12.78 a week, which I think is great value for money. The whole process so far has been smooth and straightforward.
I’ll be sure to update my review once the carpet has been fitted, but based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend Pay Weekly Carpets!

Luke was my agent for measuring and fitting, great from start to finish, even kept me upto date with my order and worked around me for fitting. He even tried to keep it down so baby could sleep. Will be using luke again for all my future orders with pay weekly.
Terrible terrible company been chasing up the rep for my £30 refund that he said he would put in my account 6th Feb well he never did refund me l have been phoning and messaging him he ignores me l will continue to get in touch with him the reps name is james please do not use this company they seem to target the vulnerable myself being a pensioner
Absolutely amazing experience with Pay Weekly and Luke went above and beyond. I have used them twice now for blinds throughout my house and Luke recommended the blinds without the chain link at the bottom and weighted. This has been an absolute dream with my nearly two year old who loves to play with the blinds. The blinds look lovely and have lasted even with my little boy. Thank you so much Luke for being so friendly and ensuring I got the right blinds. You’re a credit to the company!
Avoid this company at all costs!!Moved into my home in may 2025, had new kitchen floor with this company as I could only afford instalment payments, arranged to fit the flooring a week before I moved in which I was on holiday for so had a family member to let them in my property, they done an awful job from start to finish took full advantage of nobody being at my home, I come home to a complete mess all they’re rubbish and cut offs left all over the floor, which I left Lee a bad review saying I wasn’t happy at that time he give me the fitters number and told me it was nothing to do with him. Fast forward 6 months on my flooring has all discoloured and is all lifting up because of the botch job they done fitting the flooring, they hadn’t stuck the flooring down correctly or sealed around my door and all the corners of my kitchen, I am extremely disheartened after paying over £600 for this flooring 7 months ago to now my kitchen looking horrendous. Lee come out and told me it was nothing to do with the way they fitted it and he would not be doing anything about it. Being 8 months pregnant and on a low wage hence why I went with this company I am utterly devastated what I have been left with!!
