We used CampingCarPark many times last year and found all the sites very good and excellent value for money. We will be using the CampingCarPark sites across France again in 2025. I recommend CampingCarPark to any motor home traveller when driving through France.

I joined because the idea of being able to book aires de camping car in advance appealed but only found out after going most of the way through the process, that I needed to pay extra for PACK'PRIVILÈGES and also that you can only book either more than three days in advance, of the morning of the day you wish to use the Aire. On the first site we used, the barrier wouldn't open and after using my UK mobile phone for 10 mins trying different codes the customer services person suggested, she finally offered to ring back. I asked for credit on my account to compensate for the cost of the call but to no avail. The next site in the scheme that we used, a person who'd put credit into his new account couldn't get his membership card to print, so he spent time trying to get through for help, costing him on his mobile phone too. Not impressed with the infrastructure.Sadly the two sites we used were very pleasant so it's a shame I probably won't take the risk of using again, too much hassle.
No response to contacting them. The first time I attempted to use this site I topped up my account with Eur 25 to spend the night at a site and was charged Eur 30 with tax. I was sent an access card code to my phone so that I could have my access card issued by the machine at the same site, but the machine at the entrance had no function to do this. On my return to the UK I emailed them explaining the situation and asked for the card to either be sent to my home address, or my payment to be refunded. They replied asking me to contact them via their 'Contact form' on their website as they could only respond to messages sent in this format. I have sent via the contact form 3 times since 18th September but have had no reply from them.

Insanely bad customer service. I wanted to book a night on a parking place in France. I registered on the machine they have on the entry of their parkings and payed the fee they charged for the night. AFTER paying the machine said an error occurred and the process couldn't be finished. We weren't able to stay their but the money was gone. I contacted the support twice, they answered on one of my requests after 2 weeks but just offered me a voucher. I told them that I want a refund but haven't got an answer on that.
