Be warned you can get stuck in these car parks without any means of exiting. If their computer system fails you need to make a phone call to get out this can take hours . If you have deadlines this is very stressful. In my opinion never again they need to sort their net work out especially for when problems arise . Pay at gate with credit card is a far simpler solution
This is a disgusting operation, customer service appalling, system difficult to use, machines broken in poor condition or just don't function. Overcharged on my c/card, no chance of refund just, receive a credit from them which didn't work. Almost impossible to contact. All in all, a terrible experience from start to, well there is no finish. We just gave up in the end. They still have some of our money but just written off as bad life experience. Have heard this story from many, many other people. HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU GIVE THEM A BIG MISS!!!

Travelling from Ireland I spent 4 weeks in France in June 2024 touring in my 7m Sun Living Camping Car. I stayed on 16 different Camping Car sites using my Pass Etapes. It was my best Camping experience in France in over 50 years Camping in Europe. The sites were spotlessly clean with good facilities and most very close to small villages and towns. Prices were good value. We are returning 2025 for maybe 6 weeks.

Over the last 2 years we have travelled all over France and rarely stayed anywhere else than Camping Car Park sites. They are absolutely fantastic! We have never pre-booked and use their app to find a site wherever we may be. Water, electricity, chemical waste and spacious pitches for on average €14 per night is unbeatable. Plus security provided by the barrier entry and a 24/7 helpline in case of difficulties. We so wish the UK offered the same. Touring in a motorhome/campervan is our favourite thing to do and why we love France. Top company!

Bought a privileges pack in 2023. We used it once to stay in Nantes. This year they took 29 euros from our bank account, we emailed for a refund as we had no intention of using camping car parks this year, only to be told we had already booked a reservation in Nantes and used the privileges pack and wouldn't be refunded. I replied to tell them the booking was in 2023 not 2024, again I asked for refund, they acknowledged they had made a mistake but would still not refund stating that an email was sent and we needed to cancel 30 days before. This is required by law, but no email was sent and they have no proof of sending one, so basically they have just stolen money from my account. Now they are ignoring my latest email still requesting a refund. Be warned Camping Carparks are THIEVES with very poor customer service.
