Insanely bad customer service. I wanted to book a night on a parking place in France. I registered on the machine they have on the entry of their parkings and payed the fee they charged for the night. AFTER paying the machine said an error occurred and the process couldn't be finished. We weren't able to stay their but the money was gone. I contacted the support twice, they answered on one of my requests after 2 weeks but just offered me a voucher. I told them that I want a refund but haven't got an answer on that.
One of the best companies around. We're currently travelling for 3 months and staying in a site overlooking a volcano in the centre of France. We book in advance although you don't need to. Every site so far has been excellent. We're in a fully equipped motorhome. So much better than the UK. If you're travelling to France this is a must.

This is the worst company on earth! Avoid at all costs! There description of areas are completely elaborated ! The barriers / server goes down all the time leaving you stranded in a place when you need to exit. Most of them forbid vehicles without toilet etc Arnt permitted, yet there are vans on every single one we have visited that haven’t got services so you can only imagine where these people are toileting!We thought we would use this company en route to Spain, do yourself a favour and pay a little bit extra for a campsite!

Pitch sizes and general comfort vary greatly, but at £13 a night including hook up and water, how anybody can complain is beyond me.Payment at the barrier is sometimes a problem but its no problem online. Try getting somewhere in Cornwall for less than £45 in high season.
