Don't waste your money on express shipping

Don't waste your money on express post! There is literally no difference in delivery time, in fact I'm convinced it takes longer if you pay for them to speed it up. Absolute rip off and I think Canada Post owes every Canadian citizen money from all the years they've taken it for quick delivery meanwhile it shows up late everytime. What a sad excuse for a professional organization. People delivering your mail use to care if you recieved it on time, now you're lucky if you get it and in an age where it couldn't be easier to deliver it. I'm going to laugh when we finally eliminate Canada Post for good and come up with a better method.

Lost over 300$ because of money grams…

Lost over 300$ because of money grams they put the wrong info on the money gram then tell me to call money gram to fix it and I didn't have time so I repurchased from a different location for my money gram and that worked out but now I have money sitting in money grams pocket not refunding me I have a duplicate payment from the post office of 100$ my bank contacted me otherwise I would have just carried on not knowing Post office is asking me to give my receipt from the duplicate transaction when it shows on my bank statement I had spoken on the phone with them they said no problem just come down here at 1:00 with your bank statement then I walked there took me half hour they tell me I need the receipt and they're not kind there I left in tears because they were too busy to help me

Disappointed experience The service of Canada post is not great. They are just blaming to India post while they do great job than Canada post. In my case, the delivery boy didn’t reach to me, he or she gave what reason, no one know. Everyone in customer service was saying the same statement, there is an issue, what no one know the genuine reason sending back the parcel to sender. I am waiting for package since ten days but they did not hold it even one day I visited many post offices in brampton in mississauga, but no-one provide me solution of my problem. The sender paid money and spent his time which is totally waste. Even I talk with supervisor with reference number, he was saying one thing again and again, he can’t do anything as well as, he cut the call while I am speaking. I did call a lot of time to customer service. I am totally disappointed.

What is going on with CP???

My package got missing in their facility in Mississauga (not for the first time) and I tried to contact CP customer service for help and to point to the repeating problem since I have an insider information that some packages which fell of the belt usual sitting on the floor for days if not for weeks. From the other side I got just ignorance and arrogance, phrases which are an insult to common sense. What is going on with CP??? We all pay for their salaries but some of their employees treat us with such groundless arrogance.

I order from Amazon because they…

I order from Amazon because they deliver to my door. I have physical limitations. I ordered a small desk but Canada Post in my location only delivers with cars. So they’re holding my desk at their office. I can’t go get it and they won’t deliver it. Never had any problems with private delivery companies.
