Review Time
I sent an email to Candy Hero last week regarding an order where some of the candy arrived heavily damaged and is no longer sellable. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any response and it seems like my email hasn’t even been read.
This is very disappointing. When there is a problem with an order, I at least expect a response from customer service. It’s very frustrating to report an issue and then hear absolutely nothing back.
I hope this will still be taken seriously and handled properly, because this is not a good way to treat customers.

Ordered a 12 pack of USA imported monster (Java Farmer's Oats). Apart from some of the cans being slightly damaged, it's fine. Tried one can and it tastes great. I can tell they tried their best to keep it from being damaged with all the wrapping that came in the box though. 😁
I don’t usually write reviews, but candy hero is by far the best place to get imported food stuffs. The prices are among the cheapest available. I’ve now had 2 “mystery boxes” and they both contained a big variety of products and were delivered in a matter of days.
