Very dissatisfied with the company

The company is terrible. I paid $129 for a health watch in early October and received all the emails confirming shipment and payment. However, I never heard anything after that. It feels like a complete scam, and I'm out $129 without the watch.

Terrible experience with returns

Beware of this company; do not think you can return items. They don’t allow returns, and it's impossible to reach anyone by phone or get a response via email. I bought bone conduction headphones for swimming, but I couldn't get the MP3 player to work at all. The Bluetooth did connect, but the sound was muffled in water and cut out frequently. Useless product.

Charged for an unshipped item

I ordered a blood pressure monitor from a vendor. A few days later, they canceled the order and refunded my money. However, two weeks later, they charged me again for the monitor but never sent it.

WavxBuds for swimming are a farce!

I would have given no stars if it let me. DO NOT do business with this company and think you will be able to return items. They do not do this and you cannot reach anyone by phone. I bought the WavxBuds Bone Conduction Headphones for swimming laps. It clearly states on their site: WavxBuds features true IPX8 waterproofing for submersion up to 20 meters deep. Magnetic waterproof charging interface ensures durability while memory titanium alloy maintains perfect shape during intense swimming sessions without discomfort. This is a lie. Once I got the product and opened it up and read the care instructions the first thing it says is: Do not immerse buds in water. WTF?! So now I have 2 pair and cannot get my money back. They suck!

Buyer beware..ordered clear swim…

Buyer beware..ordered clear swim goggles and they sent me prescription (which took about two weeks btw). The company is in china and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. So now I have to ship these things back to china, which I’m sure is real cheap. Whole thing feels like a scam

I ordered a bike camera but it wasn’t what I thought so I requested a return and have not heard back and I keep emailing them. Told me someone would get back to me but that’s bullshit. Now I’m out $$$ for something I can’t use. Don’t do business with them.

Terrible business cheap earplugs don’t block any sound. Don’t spend your money. Don’t open them if you’ve purchased them send them back get a refund their policy is they don’t accept returns if the product is opened. Honestly, extremely frustrating. Waste of money. waste of time. No place to leave an actual review on the website is a big red flag from now on.

Lullyzee7 anti-snore mouthpiece not worth the $

I ordered an anti snore mouthpiece, from Canemax. It caused me a great deal of discomfort. I followed the directions, including a user guide that they sent to me to help me to fit the product to my mouth better. It didn’t work. When I insisted on a refund, basically it could only be returned/refunded if the package had not been opened and the product had not been used. Obviously that could never work as no one can return a product that was causing mouth pain if they hadn’t used it. The customer support seems to be helpful but not really as it can’t be returned. Terrible return/refund policy. Don’t waste your $.

It’s a scam

As others have stated, this company is a scam. They won’t respond to emails and it would cost us to ship back the product. We’re stuck with a $119 headset that does not meet needs. NEVER buy from this scam outfit.
