Do not interface with this company for any reason or purchase. I bought two pair of swimming headphones which should have been easy to set up and then work, right? Well when you find out they don't and want to return, be prepared to have to start blood pressure medication. The return policy is a joke. So complicated and once you finally hear from them, it makes you smile because you cannot believe it. STAY AWAY FROM CANEMAX! September 3, 2025 is an estimated beginning date. May have been before. Today is February 26, 2026. Still begging for what I am owed. (pitiful too - how they figure their refunds)

After dealing with their AI customer service, which took several exchanges to get a somewhat helpful response, I found out they would reimburse me for a return but wouldn’t cover the expensive shipping cost. Avoid this company.
