I booked this service in advance to transport seven of us from the station to our destination and back in the afternoon. The cars arrived on time, and the drivers were polite and helpful. I would definitely consider using this service again.
I experienced appalling service and attitude from the office. I booked two taxis, both of which were 25 minutes late. I had to call to find out where they were, and they seemed overwhelmed. On the return journey, I called to ask for a discount due to the delay, but when the taxi arrived, I was asked to pay upfront as my request was misunderstood. I complained, and the manager offered a discount on my next booking, but I have yet to receive clarification on what that entails or assurance of timely service in the future.
After booking a cab for my very elderly parents for 6:45am. The cab did not turn up. When I rang the office the simply said that the cab drivers are self employed and can do what they want. But to make it so much worse, they don't call you to tell you that the cab isn't going to arrive!! And when you complain the just dont care. Horrible Service
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID. These people are basically scammers/tax avoiders. They will quote you a price, send you an invoice for that price and once you’ve reached your destination they’ll ask you to pay 20% VAT on top of the price they originally quoted unless you pay them cash! Tax dodgers who even threatened to call the police if I did not pay the 20% added at the last minute. Disgusting.
Terrible service. Two hospital trips booked for appointments. No driver available. Why can't reception call to let you know in time to make alternative arrangements.? Used Uber though still late. Fortunately they saw me at hospital.Never again will I use this company.
I recently did a review on how come I paid a different price to what I was quoted on my outward journey, to their credit they contacted me immediately and explained and resolved the issue,So well done Cannon Cars and thumbs up 👍👍
