Driver arrived 10minutes late and he was so rude. He started threatening us by saying his car was not that big and our bags would not fit and to leave them behind. He was so off, very unprofessional and rude.He picked us from Bromley
We booked in advance for a very early pick-up. Need to catch the train. The driver was half an hour late, we were about to miss the train. Called the office and the very rude lady instead of apologising, advised us next time to book even early. But it won't be next time. Will find another cab company, No more Cannons!!!
Driver arrived an hour late without an apology.He had an unfortunate manner and his English was difficult to understand. He refused to take a card payment offering to drive us to a cash point insisting he would only take cash. On paying Cannons direct we discovered they charge twenty per cent extra for using a card.Cannons should explain they charge twenty per cent above their quote if you use a card. They claim it is VAT? I did not realise a business was exempt fromVAT when taking cash payments???Bad service and overpriced.

Booked Cannon cars for pick up and return to the O2 on Monday 4th March. Pick up was on time and smooth journey. Darren was the return journey driver. He arrived early and due to us not being familiar with pick up point/car park , the lady on the control got him to call me and direct us to his car. The homeward journey was smooth running and Darren was great company and delivered us home with out any problems. Would definitely recommend this cab company.
Booked a return journey last week. The cab for the outward journey turned up an hour late, and didn't even contact me to say there would be a delay. I was then charged "waiting time" for the return journey even though I was in the correct spot before my booked time, but had to spend a while on the phone to the driver trying to work out where he was.
Fantastic airport service! On booking emails were sent confirming bookings. He arrived early. On arrival back Jamie kept in touch and knowing we were delayed only parked when we landed. He was prompt very polite. Excellent service thank you!
