It took weeks to ship from China. This is the cheapest thing I have ever seen. No, really!!The canvas arrived rolled with the frame in pieces. You must put it together yourself. The frame is balsa wood and as cheap as you can imagine. The printing is not very high quality and once put together it is flimsy and looks super cheap. There is a sucker born every minute, this minute that was me.Their response of "not us" is a total lie - they just sent me an email that said "you are a sucker $$$$" to that same email address!
I ordered a piece in sep 21 and was told it would ship in 4-6 days. 2 days later I tried to cancel my order and they refused. Said I would have to ship it back to New Zealand. Poor customer service on an item that has not been shipped. Beware of this company.
Not happy with my experience with this company. The picture on their website looks better than the actual product itself. Any negative comments gets you blocked on Facebook. I wish I had read these reviews first. It’s not a scam company but it is a cheap product made to look elegant. BUYER BEWARE!
The variety of wall art is very expansive. Also, the willingness to customize customer needs is amazing. The only thing I would like to recommend is their return policy, if they can offer free returns, it will be a great option for people to freely choose or buy,
