Crap !! No return policy in fine print. Should have know this crap was coming fromChina!! 😡after review now they say they offer a refund but I have to return to New Zealand HUH said they are out of Miami postage does not give any indication where it came from. Ask me to take my review down NOT
I ordered two framed prints. They took what seemed forever to arrive at the local post office. They arrived in a tube and one looked like someone kicked and stepped on it! Of course there were no frames! I refused to accept them and had them returned to sender. Of course I got a response from the seller stating that I didn’t order them framed but for an additional cost I could get the frames..haha! I demanded a complete refund and was told they don’t offer a refund! However I’ve read complaints regarding a refund that the company responded that they do offer refunds! So where’s mine! What a scam! Buyers beware!…what ever their response I am telling the truth!
