If I could rate Canvas Castle lower than 1 star - I would! I ordered two prints. The website shows them to be stretched on canvas so that’s what I thought I was getting. Nope, 2 rolled up prints. I contacted them and they said they do it this way to keep the shipping costs down and if I wanted frames I could pay $135 for a do it yourself frame. Funny, I’ve ordered from other canvas art online stores and received my art on a stretched canvas and it wasn’t any more in price. I was told absolutely no refund. They are false advertising and I’m very disappointed. Don’t use them- they definitely don’t believe in customer service or satisfaction. Debra Childress SullivanADDENDUM: After writing this review I was contacted by the company via email. Sarcastic and flip emails to say the least. One of the last emails I received from Csnvas Castle stated that I would be receiving numerous phone calls from their dispute resolution team. They did not exaggerate. They call from an unknown number and don’t say anything for the most part and when they do say anything it’s brief and garbled and they hang up. I have received approximately 25-30 of these calls. Last night I received 3 calls in succession from them at 11:30 pm cst. They have left 2-3 voicemails which cannot be transcribed. I consider this a form of harassment. What kind of business works this way? Bullying, harassing and sarcastic. I wish I had never had any dealings with them. Please beware!!
CROOKS ALERT!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!! I made an order of 1500$ but i never received my order. Ups did an investigation and the package is lost. They refunded the canvas-castle.com the 1500$ but canvas-castle doesnt want to refund me. So they got my 1500$, the 1500$ that UPS refunded them for the lost package and they still dont want to refund me! I have all the proof so before buying from them you can contact me at faustin2477 outlook.com I will show you all the conversations i had with them. The conversation i had with ups! Its getting to a point that i had to contact my bank about the scam they are doing. My bank will take the money is there account. PLEASE DONT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!They replied by saying they sent me another order but i refused the package be cause i want a refund since my bank told me they will get my money! Company seems to flag any review they don't like so I'll keep it short as to not violate any rules to be taken down. Customer service not good, canvas poor quality and their excuse is that it meets "Pixel Threshold" required. That response right there should tell you all you need to know, just fair warning low quality product and since they don't take returns probably just toss the 2 I purchased......Update just got this!! I have seen other reviews that state same thing that they harass you, WOW!!! Hopefully Trustpilot sees this as a valid warning to consumers happy to forward email on if need directly from them but this is exactly what they just sent me Drew we don't want to sell you that frame, we don't profit at all from it. The shipping cost to send it it $138, you understand? Forget it. I am going to assign you to our outsourced dispute resolution team. They will call you daily for 3 months, deal with them from now on
