First time ordering and will be the last! Took a month to get order, fabric is cheap and sizing is not reliable. Tried to return dress and, after MANY back and forth emails, had to settle for less than half of what I paid just to be done with it! Terrible customer service!If you're thinking of ordering, DONT DO IT! Also, my credit card was compromised two days after agreeing to settle. Coincidence? I think not.
My package was delivered to the wrong address. Capatee stated I must work it out through Speedx.io. The delivery company autogenerates a message that they will respond in 24 to 48 hours. 10 days later I have still not heard from them. Capatee customer service department has given me an invalid phone number and an invalid email address for the delivery company. I paid for items I did not receive and have requested a refund on multiple occasions, without success. I would never use this company again. You too might pay for items you never receive.
