I cannot get in touch with customer service regarding a return! I have sent 2 e-mails and tried to find on the computer but there is no way to get to customer service. Beginning to think this is a scam and they don't answer any questions about returns
My first online order. Never again. Price quoted was converted to US $'s ended up costing me 50% more than order quoted. 1st costume was grey & yellow nothing like the brown & gold advertised. Ad did not mention 2 piece costume therefore no tummy control costume looks ridiculous. 2nd costume same Large size (also 2 piece not advertised) but far to small not true to size. No return address on package. So far no response to my request for refund. Beware!!!
The hoodie I ordered fit perfectly. The quality was wonderful. However, the dress I ordered did not fit at all. Much to small. I have tried in 2 different emails to reach customer service and they do not respond. The first email I sent was September 26. The day after receiving the products. I need to return the dress for a refund, but cannot get an answer!Later this evening I finally received a response. They will refund me $11 and want me to keep the dress. So now I will have $11 and a dress I cannot wear that cost me much more than that! Will not be using this company again.
