Awful experience with this company. Couldn’t answer questions quick enough before i bought from them . Then once i purchased and advised them they had sent the wrong diffuser. Not a word of support. Apart from acknowledging receipt of my e mail. All i requested was an exchange.
So be careful.
I bought a set of alloys for my vehicle from this seller. They were much cheaper than the genuine ones, yet the quality and look were equally impressive. I chose these alloys instead of refurbishing my old ones before selling the car. The delivery was quick, and I was recommended a local fitting service. After installing the alloys, the car looked so fantastic that I couldn't sell it and ended up keeping it for a few more months. When I finally decided to sell the car, it sold the very next day! The customer service was exceptional; I wouldn’t choose anywhere else now. They are trustworthy individuals, which is essential when it comes to your vehicle.
Decent service overall, but the customer support leaves much to be desired, as there were no replies to emails or messages despite multiple attempts. The location is hard to find and needs better signposting. After a 2.5-hour wait, they finally managed to install my order. The modifications look great, and I might return in Spring or Summer 2026 to complete the rest. The waiting area is still being improved, but it’s manageable for an hour while my vehicle is worked on.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. From sourcing the body kit parts I wanted to arranging the installation, the communication and quality were outstanding. I had a black gloss grille and badge fitted, along with a front splitter and rear diffuser kit. I previously ordered a rear spoiler that fitted perfectly and now have a full set of alloy wheels on order. I will definitely be back to complete the body kit.
Welcoming and fairly priced. It was difficult to fully assess the kit in the dark and snowy weather, but it looks good at first glance. The location is hard to find and could use better signposting. They've recently moved, so it's a work in progress, but once the signposting and waiting area are completed, I'm sure it will be a five-star experience. I would definitely recommend.
