My son (10) and daughter (13) went to the Leicestershire course over the weekend, driving a Porsche, Lamborghini and a Ferrari. The setup and experience was really good and they both had a great time. One instructor stood out to us (and the kids) - Barry, with the Ferrari (599). He was really good with both the kids and explained everything really well and gave them lots of positive feedback.

Don't bother with this place!

Don't bother with this place!I booked a day experience for my son's birthday the day wasn't on his birthday thank god otherwise it would of been ruined!Staff really rude especially the Chinese woman ! Nope I'm not racist my partner is African. Disorganised a total rip off . They wanted extra money for a lap of speed 🤔the cars I booked for him we was told on the day one was broken so " we have booked this car for you" didn't get to choose? What's the point on booking day experience with cars you like if you don't get to drive? Yes breaking down can't be helped but at least ask or contact us a few days before to let us know then we can either have a refund or be happy with another car ! The car my son got was an old fashioned classic why would a 13 year old who's into sports cars want to drive that? I'd already paid the insurance what they had asked for then tried to take it again when booking in. The whole day is a total rip off! And the staff in the cars are extremely rude! You can tell their totally fed up with their job and people are paying for this . Please don't bother with this place !

Christmas Voucher experience day

I purchased this experience as a voucher for my Grampa as a present last Christmas. Upon booking in September ( costing an extra £45 to drive the Aston Martin DB5) we arrived at the venue to be informed that BuyAGift vouchers were no longer being accepted ( we were the fourth person tha morning to have vouchers refused) and if we wanted to do the experience we would have to pay the on the day rate and I would have to claim the voucher money back through the voucher company. I was then informed by the manager an email had been sent out to everyone, but was informed by the other member of staff quite a few people hadn’t received one. The man who checked us in was as helpful and apologetic as he could be given the situation and did provide us a sight lap and High speed lap as a gesture of goodwill, Apologies I didn’t get his name. The actual experience was wonderful and my Grampa had the best day, it’s just a shame the organisation from head office and management is so poor when working along side voucher companies and then it is the rest of the staff who have to let the customers down by being the one to tell them. And I dare say deal with a lot of unhappy upset customers too.

Flexibilty?????

My granddaughter was in hospital.The drives were for her father so obviously he couldn't make it. Wanted to rebook but because of the 7 day rule was going to cost an additional £29 per car, £87 in total. More than we paid for the original experience.No flexibility at all, so didn't bother going. A total ripoff!!!
