Had a great day

Had a great day, two drives one in the capri and the other in E type. My favourite has to be the E type what an amazing car to drive. However only down side was the instructor in the capri he was very abrupt, and gave the impression he didn’t want to be there. On the other hand the E type instructor was a breath of fresh air, and made the drive a better experience. Chase car drive and driver again a great experience. Overall great day would of been better if the capri instructor had the same attitude as the others

Car chase heros great customer care bu Emily

I bought a voucher for my granddaughter and was having difficulty booking the day and the cars. Thankfully Emily was on hand and carefully helped me confirm the booking. She is indeed as asset to Car chase heros. We are looking forward to the supercar experience.

Bit of a shambles

Where to start...£2 to park, had people barking out your last name to come to front and drive your car of choice.Cars felt worn out, kind of understandable but when your signing damage waivers and the car's are already displaying errors on the dashboard 🤨.The R32 GTR instructor talking like its your driving test, I get its a old mechanical car, ive been driving 20 year I dont need people to pull the steering wheel towards the apex at 40 mph and telling me when to change gear, plus 3rd into 4th has a crunch and there is no power at lower revs. Mirrors are set for the instructor not the driver which doesn't help. The other cars I drove were fine and the instructors were cool.Dont bother if your expecting to go all out unaided and don't bother driving the older cars you can't enjoy them. Too much traffic on the track. All in all dont expect an amazing experience just a pootle in some fast cars. Daughter loved the fast lap!

Wouldn't recommend unfortunately

This was bought as a Christmas present for our son. Its a junior track day, but there was no availability for the included car outside of school hours or on a weekend. So we had to pay for an upgrade. Then add in the damage waiver, it turned into an expensive experience for us! On the day, we had a bit of a wait, but not too bad. They make it very difficult to take pictures or videos too! My son was down to have 3 laps, but we only counted 2 and so did he. It seemed like he was out for 5 minutes! Not the best experience for what it costs. Photos and videos at the end are extortionate too. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately

The ladies checking you in at the start…

The ladies checking you in at the start are so polite and accommodating. You really cannot fault them. However from then on it goes downhill. It’s so poorly ran that the people sat at the front randomly call out names are so disorganised. 28th August at around 9am the guy calling out peoples names called my boyfriend out twice and he was also down on their timetable system to be next. My boyfriend got into one of the cars and then they called out his name a few times. I went up to the guy calling out the names and said ‘I’m sorry I think you’ve called my boyfriends name a few times but just to let you know he’s already in one of cars’ no joke the guy acted like I was crap on his shoe and carried on talking and ignored me. So I thought he wasn’t bothered so I was like ‘ok whatever’ and walked off. Next minute one man(one of the workers) was shouting EXCUSE ME. OI. EXCUSE ME. HELLO. WHATS YOUR PROBLEM. Which everything is so loud you can hardly hear people really, I tried to explain that they have my boyfriend down as next on both cars and he was so aggressive and rude he came right up to my face practically acting like a bully. I tried to say I was just trying to help them out and he was like ‘well I wanted to know what YOUR problem was because you said whatever’ he started saying that they have a system and they know what they’re doing. Which I replied like I don’t know what your system is so I was trying to help. He carried on being so aggressive I’ve never been spoken to like he has in my life. If the company would like to get in contact with me about who it was I’d happily send a picture. No one should be spoken to the way he spoke never mind a paying customer. The fact that they only spoke to me because I said ‘ok whatever’ because the guy thought it was ok to blank me. Then they got all aggressive because I said something about their behaviour. Especially women I would really avoid this place.

Deeply Disappointing – My 12-Year-Old Left in Tears

I booked a junior driving experience for my 12-year-old son, paying over £100 (including the cancellation and damage waiver, photos, sighting lap, and a high-speed passenger ride). Sadly, what should have been a fun and memorable day ended in tears.• Instructor Issues: My son came out of the car visibly upset. Soon as he got into our car to go home, he burst into tears. He told me he couldn’t understand the instructor properly and that instead of patiently guiding him, the instructor shouted at him. The excuse given was "health and safety," but there is no video evidence, so it’s simply my son’s word against the instructor’s. The reason we got was "Raising his voice or even shouting at a driver would only ever be a last resort but almost certainly meant that there was imminent danger that he was trying his best to save your son from." As a parent, I trust my child’s account of his experience. He said he wasnt shouted at once, but an few times.• Hardly Any Driving: My son was denied the opportunity to actually drive the car properly. He said the instructor didn’t let him handle the steering wheel around 70% of the time, which completely defeats the purpose of a junior driving experience.• Emotional Impact: My son was so shaken and upset that he didn’t even want to look at the photos we had paid for or go on the high-speed passenger ride. What was supposed to be exciting turned into a negative, confidence-knocking memory.• Refund Frustration: Despite paying over £100, I had to fight to get even £20 back. Given how upsetting the experience was, this token refund felt insulting. This was supposed to be a special treat, but instead, it left my son feeling discouraged and upset. For the price paid, I expected a safe, supportive, and positive environment—not one where a child is shouted at, denied the chance to properly drive, and left in tears. In summary: I cannot recommend Car Chase Heroes for junior driving experiences. They need to review their instructors’ approach, provide recordings for accountability, and treat unhappy customers far more fairly when an experience goes so badly wrong.

Shambolic Carbage

Shambolic CarbageKnackered carsHave to argue with staff when brought my son in after 2 laps instead of 3.Paid for photos that have not been sent.Staff unable to hold a conversation without wondering off. It’s just a very tired, sad, cynical money making exercise. My son said he’d have rather gone karting. He enjoyed the Lamborghini though. Mainly thanks to an instructor who lets them actually have a go instead of pootling along. The Audi R8 was very disappointing. The instructor just couldn’t be bothered.
