The product was as said. The extra short trouser length is brilliant as this is rare to find and fitted my family member really well. Fully elasticated waist is helpful and a better alternative to jogging bottoms for a family member, who has dementia, and is struggling to manage buttons, zips and clasps.
I ordered trousers for my father for Christmas - they arrived in good time, but unfortunately didn’t fit. I returned them on 28th December (received by the company on 4th January), and it took me 2 e mails (neither of which were acknowledged at all), and 3 phone calls before I eventually received a refund on 31st January. Sadly, Brian, who answered the phone was, on occasions rather rude and somewhat patronising - during the 3rd phone call, he told me he didn’t understand what I was irate about as ‘it’s only 2 pairs of trousers’. I could not recommend either the product or the company, sadly - I think they need to really start to understand the value of good customer service, because, had the service been good, I would not have felt the need to write this review now.
I had an order completed on 30 th January and I am still waiting on the goods… we are away on holiday on Saturday and wanted fresh trousers and they still haven’t arrived😡😡😡EditTrousers arrived on 8th February. Delay was due to Royal Mail
