It's so interesting that their customer service is SUPER ACTIVE here while they do not respond to tickets! I wish I didn't need to write this because of their AWFUL customer service response as I couldn't find another way to make them respond! I have already submitted 4 separate tickets for 4 different topics after subscribing to their premium membership and although their chatbox claims they respond in A FEW HOURS, I have not received one single answer to any of them! This is while I have subscribed to their premium edition and probably because I am already a premium subscriber, they don't care to respond anymore while they are super active here! Such a shame!I wish I was here to say good things about their resume builder advantages, but for now, I am so frustrated that I have no motivation to praise them. That one additional star is a BIG FAVOR already!P.S. If they change their approach and I see improvement, I might update my response. What is this customer service, seriously?! Especially when people pay to subscribe to your premium membership!? It's so shameful!
