DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They make it sound like a cute boutique based in South Carolina, even showing a picture of a mother-daughter on their website. CHINA BASED!!!! Sent a used, shrunken, no tags, sweater that I paid $70 for. Trying to return and they won't give an address & keep offing at $20 credit to their store.

I ordered a jacket for $99. When I received it. It looks nothing like the picture. Very poor and cheap material. I wouldn’t buy it for $5 I hope I can get my money back.

Don't shop from Ellison Boutique website!!

The item pictured the Madison Poncho is not representative of the item I received which was a tight sweater. It was advertised as 'oversized' and the XL fit like a body suit! Customer service has offered me a 10% refund since the item has to be shipped back to China and will probably cost more to ship than the item itself. Wish I could submit a photo of what I received vs. what was pictured. So annoying! I should have done some research. There are lots of scam complaints about this site.An update: I kept negotiating for more of a refund. It went from 10% of a store credit to 50% of a partial refund. Guess its better than original offer....but lesson learned.

NEVER order form Ellison boutique

NEVER order form Ellison boutique. 1 . the sizes are so inaccurate , a M is smaller than an American Extra small2. The return policy is so bad. They make it impossible to return an item for a refund. Took about 15 emails to finally agree to refund. Postage at MY expense the address given is in CHINA The postage is more than the cost of the item3. The website says easy return, a huge lie

The shoes received were not the ones in the advert

The shoes received were not the ones that I ordered. They were inferior plastic and not leather as advertised.To get a refund they have to be sent to China at my expense! In effect I am paying for their mistake which is very poor trading.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE

I ordered a Crystal Lamp from Ellison Boutique, and waited to be shipped from China.(Not knowing that it wasn't coming from their boutique). The lamp I got, after paying over $50, was very small, cheap plastic, and ugly. I am very disappointed and will not buy from them again.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS. I ordered two pairs of shoes almost TWO months ago and have yet to receive them. I get the same canned response from “customer service” which provides no information. From what I can see from the supposed tracking information is that they have been in the same location for a month. The company says they will not give me a refund until the shoes show up but I am doubtful they will arrive. I am filing a claim through my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered shoes a month ago . Still have not arrived .According to the tracking link they have been sitting in the same location for over a week . The customer service keeps giving me the run around . At this point I just want a full refund . Beware !!!

The website lies

The website lies and deeper digging is needed to fully understand their practices. UPS is NOT the carrier they use. Everything is shipped from China. I ordered the Louisa Mary Janes and then promptly found the same shoes on at least 5 other "boutiques going out of business". The shoes are cheap plastic and stink of chemicals - not leather in the least. They were shipped in a plastic bag and arrived crunched and creased. Not worth trying to return as this company requires you to pay for the shipping back to China. One customer was awarded a $5 credit to their account for a positive review? And yet they're going out of business? Buyer beware. Be very aware.
