Went for $19 jeans and paid for expedited processing. They say $5 to process and ship in 4 hours. Ended up paying $58 and it's a week later, still don't have my jeans. I ordered a jacket with it, was on sale for $19. The quality doesn't look anything comparable to the picture. I could have gotten something nicer on temu. The cuffs for the sleeves are so small you can't get a child's hand through it so it's completely unwearable, and non-refundable or returnable they said. I spent $58 and have 0 wearable clothes from this order five days after expected delivery. They also said the expedite fee is non refundable even tho they chose not to honor it.
During Christmas time I purchased almost 2000 dollars worth of merchandise when it came to the last packages they took a month for one I ordered 2/xl jackets they sent me a xl/small I sent countless emails no one answered then 3 weeks after they only sent an apology then my last order was my husband’s outfits they never came once again email after email no response then finally January they responded still no action customer service is trash for a famous name brand first and last time ordering .I even see people online complaining they haven’t received their orders yet
Customer service is unresponsive. I placed an order on November 11, 2025, and it has yet to arrive. My tracking information indicates that the package was lost in transit. Unfortunately, only the shipper can file a claim. I've been trying for weeks to resolve this issue, but, like many others, I've found it nearly impossible to reach anyone. Emails go unanswered, and the phone number just keeps ringing.
I ordered on December 2, 2025, and as of January 7, 2026, I still haven't received my order. To make matters worse, I was given a fake tracking number, claiming that the delivery service used is SpeedX, which hasn't transferred the package to UPS. This is incredibly frustrating.
If I could give this company a trillion zeros, I would. I ordered items for my grandson's Christmas, but all I received was a frustrating runaround. My order was placed on 12/15/2025, and I had little correspondence, coupled with the rudest customer service. I had to involve my bank to resolve the issue. A representative, who claimed to be 'Andrew', told me to stop calling and that my money had been donated to charity, suggesting I should enjoy the holidays instead. He would let the phone ring until it disconnected, and he even hung up on me. I've called every day since the 16th, and when I emailed, I only received automated responses. My last two emails went unanswered. My bank advised me not to contact the company again. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and report this to the government. Avoid shopping here.
Deceptive practices and poor support! I had to request a refund through my bank because the service wouldn't respond to my calls or process a refund for an order that was never delivered, despite taking my payment! Proceed with caution!
The clothing available has inaccuracies and these are not mentioned on the items. The sizes do not correspond to what is listed. Additionally, the return or exchange policy does not apply to sale items, and this information is not disclosed anywhere! It feels deceptive! I spent a significant amount and only one outfit fits properly. They refuse to offer an exchange or refund.
I don't even know where to begin. I placed an order on December 6th, and before making the purchase, it was advertised that delivery would be completed before Christmas. On the 18th, I received an email stating that my package was upgraded to next day air to ensure it arrived on time. However, I've been trying to reach out for days as my packages have still not arrived. It's incredibly frustrating that the company made such promises and then failed to deliver. I could have chosen another option, but I went with them because of their claims. I'm really upset, especially since this was meant to provide a child with gifts for Christmas! This company is misleading and engages in false advertising to attract customers.
We initially ordered jackets that fit well and were true to size. However, the two pairs of pants we ordered did not fit as expected. I typically wear a size 15 and chose an XL, which should fit sizes 15 to 17 according to the sizing chart, but they felt more like a size 10-12. They were far too small and I couldn't even get them over my thighs. I attempted to return them, but was informed that the women's pants were non-refundable, leaving me with pants that don't fit. The men's pants I ordered were too skinny, but I was able to return those without issue. I paid $35 plus tax for the women's pants, but received only $21 in store credit after a $12 return shipping fee. It's frustrating, especially since I liked the style of the pants. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again.
