Actually I was surprised at the excellent customer service from Deloria after I originally contacted you with a return request then a complaint. I wasn’t happy at all that I had to pay for postage to Asia (from NZ) for an item that wasn’t the right colours for me. After a number of emails she managed to turn me around and I am very happy with the outcome.
I ordered an over-priced bath mat ($44.99) from this company because it was a colour I’d found difficult to source. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was nothing like the picture in either quality or colour. When I asked for a refund I was told that the cost of returning the item to the warehouse in China (not South Australia!) was prohibitive. They offered a 20% refund and said I could keep the mat. I insisted on a full refund and explained I would pursue them through all channels available to me if it didn’t happen. To give them their due, I received it. Do not purchase from them! They are sourcing cheap Chinese products and selling them at inflated prices. When people settle for a percentage refund they are still making a lot of money.
