The item I purchased was damaged in transit but the team at Casa & Beyond was excellent to work with. They responded very quickly to my emails and offered to replace piece however as they couldn’t guarantee it would arrive in time they refunded my payment. I would recommend this company to my friends.
Ordered $250 worth of bath matts which never arrived. They have not refunded the purchase or reorganised a shipment. Essentially, I spent $250 and have mot received anything. The company claims that the delivery was made, however no one ever delivered the goods. Buyers beware when purchasing.No effort has been made by customer service to remediate this failure.
Have received my second blanket from Casa & Beyond and thrilled with them both. My first blanket was the Floral Boho blanket and just received the Artistic Flora blanket and love it, impossible to choose which I like best. They are so easy and light to store i will be alternating them to change the look of my bedroom.
I not happy at moment .I have order 2 items.Still no proper information on delivery or who is going to deliver my parcel.its been 10 days now.I order other items from other Businesses in Melbourne on same day as I ordered from casa and beyond.I have already received those items.So what's going on Casa and Beyond.I will not order again.Yet this Businesses has so many things I love.
