Product arrived well packaged.i have just washed the bedspread and will put the inner into it tomorrow.There were no instructions re caring for the bedspread which would be a good idea .Also a little note inside with a thankyou for purchasing may be nice just an idea.
Shipping took longer than expected and despite lots of emails re.progress, actual tracking was difficult until the final day or so. The throws were fine but the Xmas cushions were actually cushion covers and were rubbish material not the expected velvet - very inferior to the pictures shown online. Would I buy from them again - unlikely.
Absolutely love my Ornamental Garden Cotton Blanket, it’s beautifully made, so soft and the colours are wonderfully vibrant. Chuffed to bits!! I was beginning to worry about my order when it took so long to arrive. I thought I’d been scammed. Hence the 4 stars! But I held tight and lo and behold it arrived and I couldn’t be happier! So if you’ve ordered from Casa & Beyond be prepared to wait! It’s definitely worth it.
