Product not as advertised. Want to return but they are saying the return fees will be so high i am better off keeping the product. They do not want to honour returns.They can only charge reasonable shipping......Do not trust this company. Poor business practices

Risk free, 14 day money-back guarantee? Rubbish!

I recently submitted an online order for a bathroom mat from Casa & Beyond.There was a glitch in the website, and confusion about the size I wanted, and they sent me the wrong size, claiming that I had made a mistake on my order. Although their website states “risk free, 14 day money-back guarantee”, they refused to replace the product, as they told me “is not their policy to do so”.The mat was a cheaply made, inferior quality product, but was represented on their website as good quality. Interestingly, I have since found the same mat in a bargain shop, for 1/5 of the price I paid.Beware!

Not worthy of purchase

Ordered Thermal curtains and kitchen utensils. The material for the thermal curtains is very thin and misleading. I have had heavier thermal curtains and this is why I bought them for my new home. I should have read the reviews. Appalling material and the untensils are so flimsy I went to Kmart and bought stronger ones. The ones I have will most likely rust. Reporting to Department of Fair trading and urge you all to do the same. Here is my suggestionRent a warehouseEmploy seamstress/es to make the thermal curtainsMake in Australia Simple. Bath mats were low quality

The bath mats were v disappointing. No where near as plush as pics represented or text explained. Feels v wet underfoot immediately after stepping out from shower. Not worth the dollars charged.

Weightless heaven.

My first gorgeous sherpa blanket was unfortunately the wrong colour. But as soon as I tried it, I fell in love, and couldn't bear to send it back. So warm and soft, and almost weightless. Absolutely gorgeous! So I ordered another one - and it was equally divine, and the colour I wanted. I'm very happy.
