Review Time
They have poor business practice and customer service hygiene. I bought $300 worth of clothes that had delayed shipping (fine, this happens) however the updates on it were inconsistent, they gave no tracking availability and when I emailed them multiple times for an update they continued to give me a, "we'll get back to you with and ETA!" and then ghosted me. The package then got stolen because there was nothing to update me on it's arrival and I live in a bad neighborhood. Who knows if it was even delivered given there wasn't any photo evidence they dropped it off (like amazon does). I've been fighting with them now for 6 weeks and there seems to be no desire to reparations. Pretty sure they just stole my money.

It took over a month to get my order.The return policy is within two weeks of receipt of the order. I tried to return some of the items that I bought multiple sizes of, only to find that their return system said I was outside the return time frame, which was not true. I sent them two emails and never return received a response. There is no phone number provided to contact them directly, which makes you wonder about their integrity. So apparently they do not allow returns. I am out of luck on $200 worth of clothing that does not fit.

However, I received them Dec 27. Around Dec 15, I was skeptical and nervous after reading the poor reviews, so I reached out to customer service via email (as no phone # to call). They responded within 24 hours. They continued to respond and send emails with updates - they apologized for how long this takes...though, in my heart, I am realizing that this company is good - they are putting quality ahead of the rushing - they are inundated with orders and doing their best to meet the demand of folks like us who want chemical free wholistic clothing on our bodies. I respect that. So, I put down my impatient negative judgements and decided to trust in them, their vision and their efforts at getting the things I ordered to me as soon as they could. They delivered it today. They let me know when it was shipped, and the tracking was spot on. In this crazy rushed world, I feel like I needed to relax and give grace here - so what! not in time for Christmas. I believe in what they do and how they are doing their best - more important than complaining and putting my negative juju into the world's consciousness. Thank you. I hope this review helped.
They took more than three weeks to send it out and I had already left that address. I asked them to cancel it, they said they would, then three days later said it was on its way when I had told them I was no longer in the country. I hope they go out of business very soon.
Poorly made, unfinished seams, poor customer service. Website description is not accurate reflection of garments. Return link will not work and it took several days and many emails to even get a response. Return process met with wanting me to receive a gift certificate but did not disclose this unfront. Trying to force me to use the gift certificate instead on refunding me like i would ever trust this brand. Disputing through payment service. Do not recommend.
I used to LOVE groceries apparel sweatshirts.They were soft, fit well and all around a great purchase.They have CHANGED!!! Now the sweatshirts are stiff, not soft at all, and the worst change is now they are boxy and more cropped. It is awful to go from a nice waist band on your sweatshirt to a boxy mess!Do not bother buying!
Terrible customer service, crappy clothes. This order arrived a full 30 days after I placed it. The clothes didn't fit well or feel good, and when I tried to replace them through the returns portal, I was informed that my order was ineligible for return. my emails to customer service inquiring about the reason were ignored for six days before I was informed that anything purchased on sale was ineligible for refund, only store credit. this policy isn't visible anywhere on their website during purchasing (their return policy states: "Free Shipping on all US orders over $100 + Easy Returns"). These clothes are overpriced for the quality and craftsmanship, the design is just off enough to make them not wearable, and the customer service alone would make me not recommend this company or their products.
I never received my order and contacted Groceries Apparel multiple times by email with no response. After waiting over a month with no communication and no package, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Really disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from them.
Ordered last month and have yet to receive anything. They very quickly took my money but haven't sent a single thing. I got a vague email after 2 weeks saying they are experiencing shipping delays but it gave no time estimate. It sounds like from other reviews that there is always a sale and always shipping delays. Not sure why they aren't transparent about that on their website. There is no email or phone number to contact them, it all feels very much like a scam to me. Wish I read the reviews on here first before I purchased from them. I will 100% not be buying anything else from them and would not recommend them to others.
