Terrible job with my braces. I had to pay another orthodontist $5000 to undo the damage done at Castle Dental in Franklin.

Get a second opinion

OK for general services but not other procedures. Had a crown fall off and they would not give me a cost estimate saying I needed a root canal. I went to my old dentist, paying out of pocket because not on my dental plan, to get a second opinion. He cleaned the tooth and the crown and cemented it back on, $58 total cost. This was 8 months ago.

Bad experience at Castle Dental

Was not given anything for pain. Did a tooth extraction and left part of the tooth there. Return to Castle and Dentist said it would fall out on its own. Would not return in any circumstance. Just rushing people through for the money. Very unpleasant experience. Made a complaint at the time and never received a response back.
