Very friendly company that made it so easy to get a cat flap installed in a double-glazed kitchen door. They offered to come and measure which was great even saying they could measure from the outside if they had access to the garden if I was out. What I really liked is that they emailed me lots of cat flap options as I had no idea where to start which was very helpful. I chose a stylish simple cat flap that looks great as I didn't need the microchip option as the garden is very quiet. The installation was fast and fuss-free. My cats love having the freedom to go in and out when they like. I'm very happy with the cat flap. Would highly recommend! Thanks
We were really impressed with CJ and Sarah recently fitting a cat flap into a window for us - everything was responded to very promptly, clear details/guidance, reasonable price (especially compared to some other places we received quotes from), and overall a very positive experience!
