The explanation and communication by Sarah was great and very helpful to understand the pricing and options while CJ who would be on site keeps the installation site clean and very helpful to explain the how the product works and friendly. Very satisfied with overall experience.
This is the only cat flap provider you should consider. Their service is excellent, the team very friendly, and the product is first-class. Our cat went missing not long after we ordered the flap, and Cat Out Of Glass were very generous to wait a few weeks before we went ahead with the installation. They're good people and the installation itself was perfectly smooth, done in about 20 minutes.
