I just transferred my service to CBB a few days ago and I've been attacked with telemarketing calls, texts as if my uncle lives in India and he's just trying to check-in and ask for some blockchain money. I've NEVER had this problem on my other network and I've had my phone number for over 10 years. WOW so did you sell my personal-information or do you just not have a secure enough infrastructure??
I was recently approached by a young support representative who made a great offer. She was incredibly professional, kind, and even offered to switch from Danish to English to better assist me. I felt well taken care of and confident enough to switch my current mobile provider to CBB. I hope the service will continue to meet my needs as I begin using it. One great aspect is that CBB doesn’t have a binding period, which gives me extra peace of mind. Thank you Filippa. :)
I call 2 times your number after i write this complaint about your services, and I want to give you Cbb one more shot to improve your services, and the first call i make today for number 4x50 your assistant didnt talk anymore and left me talk to myself alone, i dont know what was the problem, but in the middle of conversation i stop hearing the assistant, so i terminate that call and try again same number 4x50, and after almost 14 minutes wainting to get someone to take the phone, your assistant talk to me and i explain one more time , sometimes i dont have internet and the phone doesnt work, and i try to remove the sim card reset the phone and put the sim card in other phone, the problem the same and this problems start in the begining of this year, more problems with cbb, internet and phone, and i pay every month 119kr, and service its bad and inexistant, every month more than 3 days the same problems and cbb charge me 2 text messages to Portugal, and i only send one, ok this people they are not honest.Your contact person from 4x50 send to me a new sim card, but she didnt fixe this other problems of my days without service and a text message to pay double, and like the first call i just stop hearing for assistant and the conversation was in the middle and they didnt fixe my problems our give me alternatives, bad service.I want this problems to get solved, you need to contact me by phone, and i think am i paying to much for this service, i get from the competition better prices, its too much waiting time 14 minutes to get from your services, if you want i have take a screen shot for this waiting time to talk..
