I suggest 2 things to improve your sales service for people that are trying to become your customer for the 1st time, as me:1) be explicit if the mobile subscription offers include or not the EU / international package. You mention different terms in different sections of your website and we end up by not being sure of what we are buying (by the way, I hope I bought what I do wanted to buy);2) You don't accept non-Danish numbers at the moment of purchasing a Danish number with you! It does make much sense to me. If I want a Danish number for the 1st time, how come can I provide a Danish number? You don't accept international numbers when someone is making a purchase. Apart from that, the rest of the purchase was easy to be done. I hope anyway that your client service center give me a call so I can be reassured I bought what I wanted to buy. I left my phone on your chat service.
Not sure what is happening but telephone numbers that call me often, e.g. family members, come through. Phone numbers that are unknown to me, like the bank or hospital, almost never ring. I have taken it up with CBB mobile several times but they cannot say what the cause could be. Since I have never had this happen before, am considering changing companies.
the most terrible service that constantly tries to pull money from you for services not provided, charging fines, justifying this with instructions on the site, which does not say anything specific. I do not advise contacting them if you do not want to find yourself in a sudden fine.
